I am a clinical family herbalist, Reiki energy practitioner, and human design specialist based in Charleston, South Carolina. I offer herbal consultations, energy work, yoni steams, and human design readings to clients. I have also extensively studied homeopathy as part of my studies. I am constantly studying natural ways to improve the well being of the body. I honor her clients by treating them with love, words, and herbs.

My journey into the natural health field began when my nervous system became completely overwhelmed in my early thirties. I knew there had to be something other than medication and toughing it out. I delved into yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and herbs. While I had been dabbling with herbal medicine for years before, my quest to help myself deepened my resolve. Along with self-study, I completed a 7-month herbal apprenticeship with Patricia Harpell in Charleston.

Fast forward all these years later and I love assisting people on their mission to feel better and take better care of themselves.
I live in Charleston and enjoy all the wonders of this town. I am happiest near the water and the trees where I can tune into the rhythm of nature. My husband and I have three daughters, two pups, and a tortoise. In my free time, I volunteer with our island sea turtle team, paddleboard, swim, and read.
