Women's Wellness Workshop

with Lauren Levine, Abigail McClam, and Liz Firestone

Embark on a healing journey to feel and move more comfortably in your own body using herbal medicine, pelvic floor movements, breathwork, and ritual during this two-part event led by3 incredible holistic wellness experts.

Leave feeling balanced, inspired, and connected to your body and feminine spirit.

Wellness Whiz Line-Up

Lauren Levine (left) is a Mindful Movement Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates Instructor, and former Rockette. She helps women in all phases of life reset their bodies and pelvic floors using Movement and Breath. 

Abigail McClam (middle) is the owner of Lotus Healing Center, an herbalist, healthcare practitioner, and expert in ancient Mayan traditions, and Arvigo Therapy (Maya Abdominal Massage).

Liz Firestone (right) founder of Crescent Moon Apothecary, clinical family herbalist, reiki energy practitioner, and Human Design specialist at Lotus Healing Center.

Evening Event Flow

During the first half of the workshop, led by Lauren Levine —
 
YOU WILL
●   Discuss the pelvic floor and its direct relationship to breathwork
●   Learn how both allow you to tap into your spiritual power center, connect with your womb and awaken your body
●   Practice and learn pelvic floor movements that activate and engage your body, mind, and spirit (including post-pregnancy and menopause support)
●   Use breathwork to release tension and stress to achieve emotional balance
 
***NOTE: Please wear comfortable or workout clothes, not constricting in the abdomen area, so that you can fully experience and enjoy the deep breathwork and body movements.
 
During the second half of the workshop, led by Abigail McClam and Liz Firestone —
 
YOU WILL
●   Discuss and learn how to use supportive herbal medicines and flower essences that nourish and regulate the breath, pelvic floor, and nervous system
●   Practice cacao rituals to enhance the connection of the breath and body movements learned in class
●   Learn additional supportive modalities for pelvic floor such as abdominal self-massage, energy work, and meditation 
 
The class will end with a Q&A session for all. Additionally, the store will be open for 30 minutes afterward to explore and product shop. You will also receive a goodie bag with a supportive Winged Wellness natural supplement!

Additional Details

Price includes Winged Wellness goodie bag. Women in any stage of life (from puberty to post-menopausal) are welcome, ages 12 & up only.

Join Nicole Yallum, Claire Smith, and Liz Firestone under the April new moon as we work with this energy to cultivate your intentions and explore different ways to live in alignment with the cycles of the moon.

You will be guided through a new moon meditation, learn about gardening, planting, and harvesting with the cycles of the moon, and herbal allies to work with for different phases of the moon and to support intention setting.

Each participant will receive a tea blend, cultivation calendar, a plant, and time and space to focus on set your intention for the new moon in Aries.
